No experience but sure I read they were dodgy when driven hard

Wet weather braking and traction has the hedge affect, ie they dont stick! go for Toyo's or the likes, dont scimp on the most important part of your car, the tyres

The worst and most dangerous tyres you could ever use on a scoob IMHO. I speak from experience. Get F1, T1-S or S03 instead.
