Weekend of 12th / 13th August

There are a number of options for this.
Basic entry is £6 / day or a weekend ticket with FREE camping is £10
We need some names and numbers in order to book a club stand, as they're wanting a cheque for the entry fees along with the booking form, so the SOONER the better.
...and look on the bright side, it's only a few minutes from home for most of us, so if it pi...rains we have an escape plan

)As Sticky says there is an official booking form for club stands this year and I am waiting for clarification, if we must pay up front.
we will obviously need payment for the event asap
Camping spaces are limited so again you need make a decision fairly quickly
So the ball is rolling I have asked for a space of 25 cars, This should more than enough to cover the members whom usually put there names down. If it exceeds this then I will ask for an extension.

Would've loved to camp over but CB excuse no.1 rears its head again

Dunno, it was all over bar the sweeping up last year when I made my appearance. I could show my face in the morning but it will mean waking you guys up at 6.45am 
and I would still need to get home for some sleep later
