Default Vids: WYIOC to SMACS

Vids from last weeks little adventure over to see our brethren on t'wrong side of t'hills.

Apologies for lack of other cars over Strines (I was just soooo way ahead of everyone.....or something ). Crank it up nice and loud for Dave Carter's 'take off' from the BP station - lovely.

Missed any of the 'pace cars' air but there's a little nosedive of mine on Strines somewhere.

It's all about the roads and not the bar staff. Isn't that right Dave

It's ok, you can always use the "He was on about the other Dave" excuse

I use Windows Movie Maker which comes free with XP. It can be very slow, but it gets there "You pays your money"....

I always do them as .wmv files. The 2 vids I uploaded should be about 130MB each but in Windows Movie Maker you can say "shrink to 25MB" and the quality seems to be ok.

I suppose you've got to add into the equation what there going to be used for CD / DVD or upload. I had a play about with a few different formats recently as when it's fullscreen on a widescreen telly it loses a lot of quality, but .wmv still seemed to be the best - to a CD. My playing about isn't helped that I've got a kick *** surround sound DVD player...but it hardly plays any formats
