It's probably Mouseman. I've seen him twice today - both times driving in to M&W car park.

His car sounds wicked - I can't wait to get my Scoobysport back box!

I haven't phoned Tiley's yet so don't know it I've left it too late for them to get it by Saturday...?

I have no idea how much Tiley's charge to fit just the backbox yet either - Scoobysport told me that some of the dealers charge £20, but knowing Tiley's it's going to be more like £50!

Babber - I would be interested in taking a closer look at your car - I've never been in a Scoob with a decent exhaust on!!!

P.S. does anyone know where Scoobysport are and is it worth a trip, i.e. if I went up on Saturday would I be able to buy an exhaust off the shelf???

Scooby sport are in Basildon, Essex - about 170 miles.

The exhaust are made by Hayward and Scott who are on the same trading estate as Scoobysport so should be a stock item. Don't forget, if your going, they'll charge a lot less than the dealer to fit. Make sure you phone beforehand to check though.

Simon, Autospeed have fitted just a backbox for me. They charged me a tenner. Its only the downpipe that they won't touch.
Glad that Phill and I have converted you both

PS Phill and I are off on a male bonding session ( ) to Zante on Thursday morning so we won't be in the high St this weekend.

There are obviously no moving parts so not much to go wrong. Just make sure the brackets are all ok and its up to you how fussy you want to be on the cosmetic side. I don't think SS would have a problem maybe an idea to try and get the purchase receipt from the vendor.

LOL not deleting it but as I just said on the phone

LOL, surely he will need gaskets for the exhaust ??? Only Joking

Autospeed fitted my Scoobysports backback for a tenner, and fitted the centre section for a tenner. Downpipe and Dawes, etc was fitted by my mate Steve, and he's more capable than most main dealer fitters

Forgot to mention - Wouldn't ever touch Autospeed again, they buggered two of my gold Speedlined on the old MY97 wagon. Tried to repair three times! lucky for them I sold and swapped for ther P1 or things were just about to get messy. To sya they HAVE NOT got the equipment to fit 40 series tyres would be an understatement!

You have been warned.
