I swear i drove right under him - the motorway was still open and he was sat right on the ledge with his legs dangling, i thought it was a dummy at first

at the time there was only the highway patrol speaking to him - i rung the police and was told they were on their way.

I thought shoudl i wind the window down and shout 'JUMP' and thought nah maybe not a good idea

Now if you have had enough of life and it's geting you down fair enough be a selfish twonk and end it all.

just don't do it off a bridge for ***** sake!

A few years back a young lad decided to jump off a bridge near my house that ran over a main road, not only did he die, but the poor old chap that ran him over got out to see the carnage only to be cleared up by a passing car. Not good 2 people dead and numerous others mentally scared.

*Rant over*

I think your right specialx. If things really are that bad, then I feel sorry for the poor guy. But if he would have jumped right into the path of someone, they have to live with it then.
I once knew a mates brother who killed himself. He filled his boiler suit with bricks and rubble from a skip, and walked into a lake leaving a note to his family. That must have taken some bottle!

That's my usual argument, surley it must take less bottle to deal with your woes???

I am obviously very lucky to have never been in that state of mind.
