black newage heading towards SOUTHEND
saw you & you waved was about 7pm ish you may have just come off the A13 (main motorway) but still going along the A13 old road, you was waiting at a set of lights,
you had BLACK CAR
BLACK WINDOWS
looked very CLEAN & stealth.
