To the chap who waved at me in Bedford...
... between the interchange park roundabout and the other roundabout going into Bedford.
Sorry, i didn't realise until my girlfriend slapped me for not waving back - i was in a world of my own!
She said it was a silver new shape Scooby (blob eye?), i was in the deep blue mica W reg MY00.
