yea fine mate just walking out with my lad who thinks excersise is bad for you (but now he has discovered girls and the way this weather brings them out)
hopeyou had a good journey back on sunday

yeah had a nice cruise back actually, took it easy(-ish) and soaked up the lovely scenery/weather. Was suprised to see you yesterday, I thought you had to disappear off for work.
