I had just over 1.5 bar from a TD05 through one. Version 4 intercoolers don't easily fit version 1 & 2's without modification to both the intercooler, throttle body & bulkhead so they are better in that respect.

Lol you fitted it wrong then

It's a tight squeeze but all you do is relocate the clutch return spring bracket and they sit tidy. Also if you have an after market downpipe you find you only have 2 bolt locations. But apart from that it's a straight swap ?

I get 1.4 bar on the limit of my Maf and Injectors and stay within a max knock of 29 during track use

There was no way my v4 sti intercooler was going to fit between my throttle body and bulkhead without cutting down both the intercooler and throttle body!! There was nowhere near the room plus id raised the inlet by 10mm

Mines running maf less with 550 injectors and the mapper said my intercooler would be at its limit and any more boost would cook it!

I think if folk do have/find one they would be reluctant to sell.

Can't you buy them new?
