No Coilovers, but Ive a STI setup if of any use.

ive just put lowering springs on my car and it feels awful to drive! not sure wjat i need

but it was too high on standard, now it looks spot on but handles like a boat!

got some sti 9 shocks with prodrive springs 220 in a1 condition these will sit well and handle well
