Default Late blob / hawk top part centre console

Hey folks as above looking for one of these only top part that has the hazard light in it

Must be from a late blob / hawk

Pics would be good too

plenty of cars under breaking sections, both trade and private.
shouldnt be too hard to get one.

I've asked around so still looking I know you converted yours how hard was it swapping the handbrake over ? I've heard you need to shorten the HB cable ?

you dont need to shorten the cable you need the handbrake from a late blob or hawk then it bolts up.
make sure you get the large h bracket that everything bolts to from the hawk this is behind the front heater controls also you will need the radio brackets too and everything else plugs in and bolts up.
handbrake fitting apart it took me half an hour.

Winner cheers mate got the radio brackets it came with a smart nav system from a spec d that's why I need a new top console as there's a pre cut hole in it are you on about these brackets ?

yes thats the main bracket everything bolts up too. once the old console is stripped out, i think you remove the old bracket bolt in that bracket and everything fits to that, the heater etc just plugs straight in.

I did it while ago but i think i made one handbrake lever from parts of the old and parts of the new to avoid cutting the handbrake cable.

you also gain auto climate control too ...

as said once you sort the handbrake part out, the rest simply bolts to the big h bracket and screws together.

only other thing is have you thought about what your going to do with the electric mirror switch?

there is no hole for it in the hawk console so you will either have to make one or move it elsewhere.

Oh right gotcha well I'm just waiting to fit my apr wing mirrors after getting sprayed and there fully manual tiny things so won't need the switch

ah problem solved then, sounds like you have all the parts.
i didnt realise the radio bracket was different and had to drive around for 2 weeks with no stereo while i had one on order.

only other bracket i was missing is there is one that sits underneath the part your after that it screws into
