Default new engine any ideas please

Hi to all hope you all had a good week, I have just taken my engine out of my 97 type r and I am looking to put a new block in my questions are the best way to go for a reliable 400+bhp is a closed deck block and do all CDB have oil squirters if not do you need them?
Is there anyone here with one for sale not a million miles from Essex
