I have used ones from engines that have not failed so should be fine to reuse.

All depends if there was engine problems if its come of a good running motor like mine has it will be fine. The one I have m8 come from a engine which was in mint order only reason i have this is because I exchange engines for a semi closed sti, knowing what theses cost i removed it before exchanging then the semi came with one on.
£50 to your door

Agreed No reason not to reuse one off an engine that has not had an internal failure and has been kept clean once removed.

I just remembered ant you the chap that cost me £30 in delivery fuel after saying you wanted a engine of me.
Told you the knocking gods would repay you for what you did, you should of gone with my motor m8 you had me deliver half way and then not reply to the phone calls.
Think of the money you would of saved.
AND STILL NO APPOLIGE.
