Default 2006-2007 Impreza Sti drive by wire TMIC

As per title, must be in excellent condition together with the Y-pipe and the silicon hose that attaches at the back of it.

Let me know what you have.

If your looking for one to fit your drive by wire 06-07 Hawkeye, then just FYI I have one fitted to mine from a non-drive by wire STI. Think any 01-07 STI top mount will fit.

Must get the scoop under tray to suit also. Cant use the WRX one.

Thanks for clearing this up.
I had the impression that non DBW ones are different.
Do you know any sources and how much should I expect to pay for one together with the undertray?
Thans again!

I paid £130 for my STI intercooler and another £80 for the undertray.

Also, just so you know any newage STI undertray will fit into your 06/07 wrx scoop. Make sure you get the sealing rubber with it as the WRX rubber is different.

Good luck! Andy

Thanks. It's for a 06 FSTi but I will make sure I get the undertray and rubber as you guys say.
Did you have to have the car re-mapped after the I/C change and did you notice more lag with the slightly bigger I/C?

To be honest I was told by my local tuning company/rolling road centre that a non-drive by wire STI TMIC would not fit my car. But I tried never the less and got it to fit just fine. No problems!

Didn’t get the car remapped after fitting the STI top mount and didn’t make any difference at all to the way the car drove. Just meant I was ready for power increase.

Sounds good!
I didn't expect a remap is needed either but wanted a confirmation.

Hi mate, Got a Sti top mount from a 2008 sti with all the brackets and breather crossover tubes still attached if your interested turbo pipe is still there, will need to re-use you pipe to the throttle body as I've had to use it.
let me know if your interested

I'm not 100% sure but I'm certain it should go on without issue as I'm supplying all the mounting brackets to put it in the right location for the pipework to meet.
I'm sure someone will be along soon to say yay or nay

Hatchback is slightly wider mate overall. I'm going to my mates tomorrow with it to see if it will fit with all the brackets and will report back

Been out to my mates today and offered my hatch intercooler up on His hawkeye 06 plate, and it will fit with the brackets supplied. You would however have to manipulate the clutch cylinder more to the driver-side but not by much at all just to make sure it didn't contact.

Just to confirm what rob84 has put. It will fit the clutch cylinder support will just have to be moved over a little.

If I had the £'s I would of swapped for the STI one I have fitted now as the Hatch one definitely looks a bigger and better bit of kit.

I can also say that its in great condition. Well worth your money.

Don't take this the wrong way please, but if I were you I'd get a 01-07 newage sti intercooler instead.even if you get the later one to fit by moving the clutch cylinder etc, the intercooler undertray will not fit. You will have to use the newage sti undertray and it won't cover or properly seal to the larger intercooler. Because the intercooler is bigger you may get more heatsoak from the bit overhanging the turbo too.

Just my opinion. Sorry.
