380 is achievable but I believe is considered as a risk from some tuners. There is work required internally to support the power for sustained milage.

Mine had ecutek, panel filter, fuel pump, miltek decat and down pipe, vf34, injectors, STI TMIC and is running 1.5 bar. I have been told by AET this is realistically the most I'll get from it without sinking big money into it.

Forged pistons, STI cam, head gaskets, gearbox and clutch would need work to support more. I cannot see the benefit in £5k spend for another 30bhp or so

The upgrade from TD04 to VF34 is certainly a leap anyway and it pulls right from 2600 through to 6000,

I agree - most probably are good for it. I decided to stay on the safe side - and run on the lower side of the limit to *try* and preserve some life of the engine!

I am looking for a clutch though as I am sure I am getting a little bit of slip. What would you recommend? I don't want a 'all or nothing' clutch as the car is used on a daily basis and I couldn't live with it!

Cheers

Lee
