Airflow Meter for 99 type r!!
right lads ere we go again. spend 7mths getn a rebuild and respray then the ****n airflow meter goes. i think this is the same as the uk 1. its the insert 1. any help and as quick as pos would b gr8. thanks! u's can even txt me on 07743550370 ill call u back. thanks!

i have a 99 v5 type r. £128 from subaru just found out. then i hear that i can get the exact same airflow from nissan for £70. meant to be the exact sam thing. can a1 advise me on that?

Subaru prices did go up recently.
If you choose to use another part....thats at your risk entirely. Cant say Ive ever heard the same. Even if it physically fits, you have no idea if the sensor scaling itself is the same. And if it isnt....it could prove rather costly with a new engine.

yeh well thats exactly what i was thinkn. then again if u look at the back of ur window switcjes its stamped NISSAN. and alot of other parts on the subarus are made by nissan,

Just because they are possible made by teh same company, doesnt mean for one second it will work.
You wouldnt put a 1990 Legacy bonnet onto a 2008 Impreza, even though they are both made by Subaru.
