DO NOT BUY "CHEAPO" OIL FILTERS

you mite save a few £££££££££££

but when the engine blows up due to possible oil starvation

YOU WILL REGRET SAVING ?

A COUPLE OF ££££££££££

BUY THE REAL THING FROM THE MAIN AGENTS

ONLY ABOUT 8 OR 9 £££££

well, traveling time to my local scooby main dealer is about 25mins, where as my local motor factors (where i have a trade account) is about 5........

then theres the few quid i've saved, because i change my oil and filter every 2000 miles( about every 2 months)

so quite a few beers i've saved i think.........

Can't really be expected to sort out your budgetry constraints for you but here goes.

When you go out, keep an eye open for a Subaru main dealer. Then, just pop in, buy 1,2,3, etc. oil filters and you don't have to worry again for however long

You could always change to a nice shinny nova, gsi of course, then you could drive to the garage, get them to change it, and at the same time go to the pub, get wrecked and even afford the taxi home!
