Anyone know a cheap place to get racing boots? Not after anything fancy, just comfy thin-soled light things. Demon Tweeks cheapest is 55+VAT & delivery. Seems pricy for I guess less than 10 wearings a year.

Any help much appreciated.

I would suggest you go somewhere where you can try them on as I had quite a problem finding some that where comfortable.

Best suggestion in London that I know of is Grand Prix Racewear.

I seem to remeber their prices where about the same as Demon Tweeks last time I was there.

Have you tried Doc Martens, I find these are excellent for racing in, I raced a mate of mine back from the pub the other day and beat him easily and he`s supposed to be a really good runner.

 

Tell you what, Moz, I'll get some OMP's, and wear them while I race you back from the pub in your DM's. Bet I win .
