I know absolutely nothing about how they're programmed but I got a Maplin Electronics catalogue through yesterday & it had a PIC Microcontroller Programmer Kit for sale at £19.99:
* Suitable for programming Microchip FLASH PIC
* Supports 8-pin, 14-pin, 18-pin & 24-pin PIC's
I'm probably wrong but if that's what's used then that's a bargain

You would still need the board though, and enough info to map the board/chips yourself...

think it is a board to plug in the chips you wnt to burn, not the scoobyECU board for the car's ECU?

i want the actual scoobyecu board you know the little red board that the 2 chips fit in to
