accident dam. turbo must be compleat car
im looking for an accident damaged/ cheap turbo impreza
car be any year as long as the engine/box ,brakes, etc are all good
i have a my00 sport with a dead engine so rather then pay the money to replace the sport engine i though i would see if any of you guys car supply me with a donnor car,
so come on guys what you got and what you want for it......

It would work out cheaper to sell the sport and buy a turbo.Theres a lot more to it than just engine/box and brakes but good luck anyway will be a good project.LOL at the scoop comment

swings and roundabouts realy if i repaired mine then sold it i would only get around 4k to spend + about 3k from me so 7k to find a turbo, so im not gunna get a year range the same as mine, but if i do a swopsy < which is why i want a whole car> with a damaged 2k ish car i will still keep the my00 but have a turbo !!!!!!!!!!

couldnt you use leggy turbo running gear-loads cheaper and then maybe a 2nd hand impreza engine with the cash u save leaving a spare short block if needed

i nearly got a leggy that was another option,
i did see a type r for sale that had had a bump and they had put leggy running gear on it ?????? so im sure they would

I was looking at doing this too and may go the legacy route. The running gear is the same I think but the legacy uses a water cooled intercooler instead. Apparently there is alot of work involved in doing the conversion though 
Aparently you need the rear anti roll bar and the dash has to come out too

Theres one here in our local auto trader mint interior,engine/box brakes etc its 99 or 98 i think.Complete car but its had heavy front and rear damage but its still driving.Asking price is under 1900 pound only thing is you would need to come over here on ferry mate
