Had an accident? Not your fault? where there's blame there's a claim...

how did you manage to get hit ? who's fault was it ? as your description is not in much detail not taking any sides or saying its anyone's fault tho but could affect a claim in some ways,

The fact that he drove off made it a very serious offence. Best of luck with the claim, buddy

Story is my wife, 2 eldest kids and myself parked in a mother and child parking bay I got out walked to the boot of my car then a relative who was with me stopped behind my car in the middle of the road asking for change so I turned gave him change facing side on one foot by his car the other foot still in the boundary of the parking bay (the lines where you set up buggies etc) in the corner of my eye saw a car coming thought nothing of it as my relative was about to pull of but the person instead if waiting 20 seconds max or going another way around my relatives car decided to try and squeeze between my car and my relatives car I looked up at the driver shouted stop what are you doing the driver then sped up a bit and hit me. Ended up on the bonnet put my foot down on the floor but my foot slipped and done my knee in, looked up and the driver didn't stop and was driving off out if the carpark my eldest son then chased after the driver stood in the middle of the road took a video then the driver stopped during this time the police were called and are dealing with it, they have taken the CCTV footage and I'm waiting to hear from them hope that explains it.
