How smart are you? Got 10 minutes...
I tried this and got 153 so apparently i'm a genius, lets see what you get,

And its easy to cheat and get a high score, my 8yr old put his DOB as 2001 as thats the closest available year, he got approx 90% wrong and endded up with a score of about 115.
