Well haven't had a Subaru for about 18 months after swapping my 00 classic for a much more boring Saab.
Back in Subaru ownership as of today:
Very pleased. '56 plate Wagon on 48k

Welcome back STiX, I thought you hadn't been around for a while.
Nice wagon as well, I really like the Hawkeye Wagon - are you keeping it standard? Got to love the torque of the 2.5 litre engine.

Hiya mate. Its been remapped on the TD04 with full Milltek etc. to 285bhp/342lbft(I think). Similar figures to your old one I seem to recall?
Feels lively enough for now
Have to admit for my driving (90% town) the TD04 is perfect, and I'm not a revver anyway so yes loving the torque.
After I had my classic remapped by Bob that day it was quick, but spooled quite a bit later with the VF35. TD04 is perfect for town driving
