Just ignore them, I know it's easier said than done but is it worth risking your licence over?
After all you know you are faster than them and they know it as well but it obviously means the world to them in order to 'beat' you...
And some of the Skoda VRs models are quite fast but without AWD they are never going to really stand a chance in the 'twisties' as they say in these parts.
It is easy to have a clown following you; one example being on Sunday where I had a scabby old Evo when I was pulling away onto Pembrey flats after just having left the G-Tec show.
I pulled away and went like a bat out of hell (I can't remember if I had engaged the LC and anti lag ) and then came off the throttle and coasted up behind Ryan's car, the Evo pulled away a litttle after me and was so desperate to catch up with me that he failed to notice I had slowed down to around 45mph.
The look on his face as he had to do an emergency stop to avoid ramming me was worth it even if he had rear ended me.

Skodas are better than EVOs!
Hey guys! .........whats occurin??
Please don't fight!
We all know that Skodas can beat EVOs, and Scoobies can whip the two of em!
Let me tell you a lil story...........
To cut it short........ I was driving home from my shift at the hospital and was waiting at the lights on the Nantgarw hill (British Airways).
P****** down with rain........... when in my mirror I could see a silver EVO 6.
Two boys pulled up beside me at the lights and were beeping their horn and were shouting "a girl in a Scooby, ha ha"
They were revving and I pretended that I was not going to do anything
I waited for the AMBER.......then WHOOSH! All I can say is that I thought that I was on board some sort of fighter plane! LOL.
What a launch I got!!!
Looked in my mirror and all I could see was the EVO wheel spinning in the distance!
My Scooby handeled like a dream in the P****** down rain!
They were very red faced at the roundabout!
The moral of the story........Dont play with Scoobies in the rain, on a hill.
LOL..........xx

In the past I had plenty of friendly dust ups with Scoobs and won every time, and at that time my evo was standard (well sort of).
To make comments like you saw the evo in the distance spinning its wheels is a little over the top
The real point is.....it shouldn't matter if your a scooby or evo owner, both cars are fantastic, good fun and very good to drive.

i know a good few octy vrs that would destroy all but the really really modded cars on here ;-) running up to 600bhp ;-)
ia large family car that can return 35 to 40 mpg and not have the worry of breaking the gearbox or the engine exploding there really not that bad. police dont pull them !! very tuneable engine and strong!!! cheap insurance !! and can go on holiday with 5 in the car with no worries and all be comftable....
the propblem is they are now cheap thus younger idiots driving them thinking there race cars there not !!! they are fast family cars.
from a vrs enthusiast and scooby nut
ive had a few uk scooby that ive driven away from in the past they really arnt that fast once rolling in comparison guys
agaist sti and imports etc a vrs has no chance and wouldnt try lol but a wrx uk it has ever chance and a well modded one will drive away from it no worries.

Oh dear, I don't wish to put a spanner in the works but I've owned an evo and I have to say the evo is quicker than the scoob IMO.....As standard they are 276bhp and it doesn't take much to get them in to the 320-350bhp area.
In the past I had plenty of friendly dust ups with Scoobs and won every time, and at that time my evo was standard (well sort of).

Only approx 310BHP..........not a lot compared to u guys!
But I know how to drive it and handle it well!
To be honest its enough for me......any faster and I wouldn't be here talking to you!
Lol!
I just love em......I've had loads of sports cars....but love scoobies!
It is modified with Prodrive Pack, exhaust (De-cat), lowered, strut braces, bigger turbo, competition wheels etc.
I have spent quite a lot on the exterior (respray etc).
How about you?
But I know how to drive it and handle it well!
