Is there anywhere good to stay on the sat night , (not too expensive)

You could stay in Uncle Bryn's house in Barry, the only trouble is your wife might not be welcome.

I'd stay in Cardiff as well, the Ibis in the link below is quite reasonable and is within walking distance of all the pubs, clubs, restaurants and city centre shopping centres.

I checked and a double room for 2 adults is £90 for the 4th of June, departing on the 5th and they have rooms available.

The Big Sleep is also cheap. There are some nice B&B in Cathedral Road as well.

There is a Travelodge in the City centre. Off the main street so quiet and a 30sec walk to the Castle
