Worth checking with David,
It may have been built only 20.000 miles ago but was that last year, 5 years ago etc. From the pictures it appears to be missing some of Davids little touches, IE: uprated oil pump that is normally red, 9/10 they would of replaced the inlet manifold with a red crackle one and they would of used some of API branded silicon hoses both on the inlet connection and around the intercooler pipe near the washer bottle. Nathan would of also wrapped the intercooler pipe over the turbo
It may be a API bottom end but It doesn't look like it was put in by them or the picture is an old one before the engine was replaced.
you need to know what STI engine it was and whether it was upgraded
Price wise, it looks okay, but you need more info and better pictures, needs different wheels
