Default Tax question

The starlet is currently SORN so how do i go about taxing it asap? Ian had a few suggestions earlier but i was wandering if theres an easier way? I can insure it tomorrow over the phone but wont have an insurance certificate to go down the post office to tax it. I dont think i can tax it online because im not the registered keeper yet as the dvla havent got the new log book that i was planning on sending off tomorrow. hmmmmmm

Ask your insurance company for a cover note, this along with the green slip off the log book you can tax the car at the post office.

How much is the insurance?

Get the insurance company to email you the cover note, print it out. Take that with you, job done.
