Newbie signing in!
evening all, ive been brousing here for a few months since buying my first scoob (a mint UK classic) so thought id better finally sign up.
so first a bit about me, im 28, married with two kids and live near pontypridd. In my spare time i build / service rally cars with my father in law and i do a bit of co-driving with him on tarmac rallys. Ive mainly been in to my vauxhalls since i started driving 10 years ago (still own a Mk3 astra gsi track car and am a moderator on a small vauxhall website some might know - Migweb) but after always fancying a subaru, a few months ago i took the plunge and bought my first. its a near standard, mint Uk turbo which was a two owners from new and well looked after (previous owner kept recipets for every single thing he bought from gen subaru oil filters, to the tyres that he fitted!).is got the 4 pot front brakes, braided lines, face lifted crystal front end and a stainless back box and performance panel filter.

Welcome matey nice clean looking classic you have there it won't be 'near standard' for long, you have to watch out for these guys, they'll sel you anything from a roof vent right up to a fully forged 2.1 Stroker engine
There's a meet on Wednesday evening at Cariff Gate, pop along to say hello if you can

Welcome to the fold.
At least now you have a proper car and not a Vauxhall.
I've owned over the years a MK2 Cavalier SR and a SRi 130 with an Irmscher kit, Vectra SRi 16v and an Astra H Sport Hatch 1.9 CDTi SRi and I have to be honest that the Vectra was without doubt the worst car I've ever owned, mind you the Astra was pretty pants as well.
Anyway welcome and try to make a SWS meet if you can.
