SWS Rallyday Stand
Guy's,
Some good news, I've been in touch with the Rally day organisers recently in trying to secure our own SWS patch for Rallyday and I'm glad to say I have provisionally been offered a patch for about 30 cars at Avon Rise which is just before Quarry corner.
Of course they wont secure this for us until the booking form and payments have been received, I have questioned if there is a min order I need to secure this space, but in the meantime so we can have a rough idea who would be interested in going on our own stand, please put your name below :
Also just to mention, tickets purchased before the end of May will cost £13, tickets purchased after May will cost £18, on the gate they will cost £20.

Right guy's, I've just had clarification from the Rallyday organiser Brian regarding tickets.
Anyone who has already purchased a ticket wont be allowed to use this to get onto the stand as they wont issue paddock passes on there own.
They will only issue enough paddock passes to the number of tickets we order when the stand is booked.
Once this is booked they wont allow anymore cars to be added to the list.
As we already have 10 people interested and still many more that could be within the next couple days or weeks for the lower price, I am prepared to pay for an extra 5 to 10 tickets ontop of the list hoping they all sell.
I'll leave this to run till Saturday 22nd May, giving enough time then for people on Sunday or early Monday morning to send payment to me either via paypal or another way for there tickets.
Once this is booked and hopefully this piece of space confirmed as ours, I'll post up confirmation from rallyday to show all is legit and I haven't done a runner with your money
If this is okay with everyone, pass the word and get the names down.

Mat i will want an extra ticket for the other half and so will my brother so if you want to book them down as a padock pass too then you can have two spare stand passes for anyone whos late confirming
