Just picked up a shabby looking e30 325i 2 door 1989
underneath is covered in surface rust we are going to attack it next week with grinder welder and a big tub of underseal.
sort out the brakes and add a hydralic handbrake
strip out the interior and add a roll cage and pair of bucket seats
and give it a coat of paint
will add some pics i took before my batterys run out lol.

I once had a metallic black left hooker on an E plate. 325i. Lovely car.
Built back in the day when there weren't many about.
I reckon a mint one is still one of the nicest looking cars built.
I saw a bright metallic blue one the other day by crumlin. Lovely.

yeah hopefully do a bit of trackdaying with it but going to put a hydralic handbrake on it for drifting too. (look at the back wheel against the arch )
spent the day on it today,
striped out all the interior apart from the dash.
going to use my wrx seats when i fit my new ones to my car
cut out the spare wheel carryer rust and welded in a new section,
cut out the rust in the battery tray area in the boot and welded in new sections.
cut out the rust along the drivers side sills and front wing and welded in new plates.
cut out the rust in the front d/s under bumper section and welded in a new plate.
the front corner under the wing was worse than 1st thought and after cutting most of the rust out the floor where the throttle pedal mounts was falling out so had to weld in a new floor section and have to re-mount the thottle peddal
