Thinking of stripping off
There's a thread going in the general section about de-badging.
Anyone here done it? I only want the S U B A R U taken from the boot.
Dental floss, fishing line? what is the best method without harming my paintwork? x

Well you certainly got me to read the thread, I had various thoughts running through my mind...
I have heard of people using dental floss and very thin fishing line to remove them, plus then using tar remover to remove the remnants of the sticky pieces left.

Hairdryer to heat the glue up then pull them off or use the dental floss, then use bug & tar remover to get rid of the excess sticky stuff and polish it up should take about half hour or so!!

They shouldn't cause you any trouble, I've taken off and replaced the WRX badges over the years and once you get under them they peel off OK, bit of cleaning the gluey stuff off after but no hardship really
I used to miss the SUBARU, on my old jap spec Classic and liked them when I had a UK NewAge, now I've gone back to Newage JDM - I like the Smooth look - there's always the chrome S C O O B Y badge set you could get
One thing, everyone will be looking at your rear now, when you attend a meet - reverse in LOL
