I'm sure there's already been a thread on here about good roads. I'll have a dig around.

The B4538 ( I think ) between Beulah and Newbridge-on-Wye just off the Llandovery to Builth Wells or Rhyader to Builth Wells roads, a real good test of your car and driving skills.

It did and it didn't , it took me 3 hours to download half the file and I am on a 10meg line so I cancelled it eventually.

I know the roads around Pembrokeshire quite well and go down there now and again for a drive , the road down towards Broad Haven is quite good in places but I really enjoy the road between Haverfordwest and Cardigan over the top of the Preseli Mountains.

Plus after that road I go through Eglwyswrw and then go down towards Boncath and then Cenarth Falls which again is a cracking road , follow the road towards Newcastle Emlyn and then take the B road which takes you up the hill towards five roads and drops you back into Cynwyl Elfed.

A4069 is again a cracking road but it can get a little 'busy' with bikers in the summer months especially at the weekend.

A4059 Penderyn to the A470 near Pen-y-fan. Its only about 3-4 miles long but there is a good line of site and long sweeping bends, just take a look. Outsanding!!

That is a great road as well Ian, forgot about that one as I drive on it quite a lot , you just have to keep an eye out for the suicidal sheep.
