heading down the m4 saterday so if you sutherners could let me now where the shell garages are would be great

There's one on fabian way swansea - just a short hop off the M4 nr Neath/port talbot. M4 end not Swansea end....HTH

Jct 29 M4 West bound onto the A48M, (en-route to the Cardiff service park) then off at the second off slip, sign posted Pontprenau. Take the 3rd exit & its on the right.
You can see the Shell Garage from the main carriageway off to the right hand side.
