While collecting/returning parts, I had a sneak preview of it last week, the build quality is second to non, will be interesting how his times compare to loebs, if he can get within 1 sec a mile of his times, it will prove the car is better than people have belived.
Good luck to Prodrive, Marcus and the team, the WRC needs them.
Regards, John

Firstly, Petter was up there again in the last round in an old Xsara. Perhaps the WRC Subaru car was at fault all the time?
Secondly, is Atkinson only contracted for a few races? Not seen him mentioned for a while.
When we went to ProDrive the guide was very candid in his opinions and thoughts. If they (ProDrive) can pull it off by themselves then perhaps Subaru have shot themselves in the foot.
Only time will tell

Made me consider the same thing about the WRC Impreza, maybe it did have issues.
Also for the first time in a long time he seemed to be just enjoying himself and didnt get hung up on the little errors he made. When with Subaru he looked stressed most of the time. Possibly not having the presure on him has helped.

I was very suprised with Petters performance too against the latest cars, in what is an old classic car in terms of development.

Perhaps the time is right for Subaru to re-think their strategy and do what Citreon did with the KRONOS Team. Get a privateer to sort out all the gremlins and then come back when the car is sorted. Perhaps ProDrive will do that for them.
Adapta seem to be very quite too. I may be they are on a limited number of races like Atkinson.
