Just spoken Judy Williams (glamorous owner) and she categorically denies this.

Same here, they've come along way from the CVC i originally experienced, with their "No Imports" policy. Last few times i've delt with them they were quite helpfull. I think they finally realised theres a lot of imports out there they could make money supplying parts to.
Keith Price on the otherhand have always been very helpfull, but unfortunatly are a bit of a trek for me.

to be honest i never have thought much of them for parts ect... as they are expensive and you can by the same parts with less effort elsewhere
as they want your number plate, engine code, chasie number and so on and thats just for a sump washer

That exactly what happend with me, had a p1ss poor 1st experience with the parts department at cvc within weeks of buying the scoob and then went to keith price who've had all my service work since(owned 2 scoobs for a while), just happens that cvc's atitude has changed recently and their more conveniant for parts than kp's.
