ive put a ninja sports cat down pipe de cat centre racebox back box on 94 wrx do i need a remap or not

I'm running a different air filter plus exhaust without a re-map... no problems here.

It's only newage cars that really "need" re-map after being de-catted, although to get the max BHP out of the car then a re-map is required.

As said above but every so often some cars can encounter a few problems, Mine when decatted had a problem with leaning out and the boost was also all over the place. It was easy to fix by restricting the boost back down to standard settings until it was remapped and then it was happy days!!!

Ditto Danny. I am in the process of de-catting the down pipe on my Newage, so my map will need a tweak.................... post fitting might get another 10 ish donkeys
