i does not matter how many people sign this the goverment will find a way to do it anyway. it is big brother watching you but it happens everyday with so many cameras everywhere they will catch us in the end.

I can't really see this ever coming in, the cost involved are going to be mentle, A GPS receiver/transmitter in every car, if it does I think it will be time to leave
