Look on the bright side, bloke at work gets a call today from the builder who yesterday just started knocking through the ground floor of the house he just bought.

Apparently the surveyor drew up the plans saying there was a cavity wall between him and next door but the builder had just knocked through into his new neighbours freshly decorated house
