i seem to have developed a leaky rocker cover gasket to make things twice as bad it seems to be both

how much work is involved in doing this DIY? dont look like there's a lot of room down there
how much are gaskets are the subaru parts only or are there non genuine ones around

Picked the car up this evening after the rocket cover gasket has been changed. It was only the driver side that needed changing. They removed the air filter box and all other associated pipes, and coils and spark plugs. They did say it was easier using ratchet spanners. For the passenger side once you've taken the battery off, you should have enough room to take the rocket cover.

Hope this help

Chris

It was still under warranty. So, I didn't have to cough up any cash. I can ask for you if you want?
