Most people do it themselves. Get the big tins, a brush or spray and away you go. Big coveralls, gloves, glasses and a ramp. If you know anyone with a body shop this may help. There is a place in the industrial estate just past Llanhilleth. Try there

 

Tetley in Sixbells done my rs turbo for me but i know him well and these days he's not so keen to do work like that, could be worth popping down and seeing him though, he's up behind the carpet shop, not that hard to do it yourself though if you can put the car on a ramp.
