As posted above, a few people have contacted me as to what G/Box, so thought instead saying it over and over again, why not just post the info, did not buy the center diff, not what i needed, the ratios are simular to the UK spec Turbo, but the Quaife ATB (Automatic Tourqe Biasing) diff, this will bring a whole new diamension to the handling,. (Getting closer to that ultimate chassis.).

Had the clutch/flywheel fitted yesterday at API (Group Buy) and a very nice man agreed to fit the the gearbox for me as mine hade to come out anyway, meaning the last few days have been very frantic making sure i had evrything that would be reqiured for the job to be completed, which i have to say with the advice for David(owner) and Nathen(Technician) the job went without any problems.

Updates on how it performs to follow shortly, early indications suggest a revision on the suspension/alignment setup will be needed,.

No weight issuses, infact the gearbox is 1.7kg lighter, the lightend flywheel weighs in at 7.1kgs compared to 11.8kgs of the standard one removed, so i now have to change the front crank pull to a lighter one, (being the same % redution as the flywheel) so as not to affect the rotating mass ballance,.

All noted on the ECU, some ones in for a surrprise,.

My answer was to Simons statement of showing younsters how to mod, and like I said it takes plenty of cash to do, if youve got it to spend, unlike me who hasnt, although part of me holds back on such items as the wife would be none to impressed if it all got blown on a car

There is no noticeable transminsion backlash when off loading/loading the drivetrain, the clutch is very light the gear changes are very positive, and of course the sound, well what can you say, (turn the cd up), The front diff has made a huge differance to the way it drives/handles..
