from microsoft... drop it on run it and it will get ride of any unwanted spy cookies and such like.

Thanks for that, got Norton plus another which was loaded on when i got this PC, but this one seems to go a lot deeper..TA..

It removes windows messenger.. not to be confused with MSN they are different things the windows one runs all the time and is another doorway in.
Click on the option that says Author's site that will sort that out.

Here another one worth running as well...

Defender

It's a microsoft programme so all is safe you can run it as well as the rest.
I can't get it to work on mine it says my processor is not compatible

It's nearly new so I don't understand why that its.
If your running the microsoft anti spyware one you will have to uninstall that first... I need to re-load that now if I can find it... shall have to have a look around in the week for it.

I normally run the whole lot about once a week to clear the crap off.... also you can get a bt anti-spyware as well that's worth dropping on if your on bt
