Unlucky looks like it could be fixed even the dent in the roof can be done but I suspect they'll write it off

I think you should start looking for ones in similar condition and mileage as the insurance company will offer you bottom book then you can hit them back with some higher values.

Already started looking fella .... not just for insurance purposes but for me personally. Cant go back to driving anything else after my scoob so may as well start looking just incase she's written off.

Thanks for your advise

Who's property was the bin supposed to be on ??
sue the *** out of them !!! and if it's simply the councils sue them as well

I don't see why you should have to end up paying for a bin that someone should have had stored safely away.

Simon

PS Pleased to hear your not injured.

Sorry to hear that you have been injured.. my advice would be to get down the Dr's and have some pictures taken of your bruising just in case you need them for future reference.

Hope all goes well there

Went down the Royal Gwent after I tried to get a few hours kip on Fri afternoon and had x-rays etc. The doc said he'd forward the results onto solicitors if needs be ..... but you're right about the photos as well, I'll get the mrs to take some 2nite.

Cheers fella

I thought I saw you the day I was in the lobby with the insurance assesser. Red scoob I think ... nice car. Do me a favour and see if they'll take my subaru seatbelt straps, stereo & dorge dump-valve off & I'll pick them up. Cheers fella.

No problem fella, I've just spoke to insurance & they're sorting my stereo, seatbelt covers & dump valve off mine from the salvage company.

Cheers anyway.
