Default Where can I get help for my Clifford alarm in S.Wales?

My Clifford 600 is playing silly buggers with me and I could do with taking it to someone who can sort it out.

It won't go into program mode and refuses to beep twice when locking. I can't reset anything and using the plainview buttons it will go into valet mode but nothing else.

Any help?

In Cardiff there's B & B Auto Services and Sextons.
I've used Sextons but came away not very impressed with their customer service.

Other than that go to the Clifford UK website; put in your postcode and it'll bring up your nearest supplier/installer.

Hi m8,

Not sure where you are, but give Ray at Gwent Car Sounds in Newport a call on 01633 214955....Clifford installers so they know what they're on about...say Gareth with the black STi recommended them

Spoke to Sextons. They said its the Ni-Cd battery in the siren thats flat so it won't chirp.

The alarm was fitted on 09/2000 and now needs a new siren at £90+vat fitted to replace - pretty hacked off with it to be honest and its not even the right one for a Subaru becuase it doesn't roll the front windows up.

Installed by monkeys unfortunately.

Take it to Sextons if youve got a Nova and wear a cap.

Otherwise B&B Auto Services will sort you out.

So fixed the remote and can use with the car fine lock unlock etc, but when i goto start the car there is no starter, but if i remove the 5a fuse from the alarm(turning it off completly) i can have normal use of the car...Any ideas?
