As discussed this morning here is the link for the company that we used for the material for the mud flaps on my MY03 WRX.
I have the budget road ones which need cutting to shape. Mine are held on with self tappers, but a small bracket is required for the rears. If you want I could take one of mine off and create a cardboard template. Let me know.
