Question

FAO: people in the know..

What is the bhp + torque limit for a standard my00 uk turbo clutch, and at what point will they fail!!

I think I have the award for the best standard MY00 clutch since it has taken everything I've thrown at it and even outlived the gearbox Maybe I should sell it for extra LOL Some clutches have failed at approx 100 lbft and 130 BHP less than I estimate I am running now.

Mine has run 340bhp+ and 313+lbft torque for 6 months and 16000 miles, a little bit of slipping when consistently abused, ok after a cool down, but consistant abuse at Elvington killed it, in my eyes.

I have now changed it, and car is noticeably better, although someone said i should sell the original, as it is still useable

What did you fit P20 and how much did it cost?
