Anyone got a afterburner bb on sti8?
Has anyone got the hayward and scott afterburner (vortex) backbox on an sti8 ppp. Would you recon i`d get a better sound with one?
Used to have a my98 decatted ss system and really miss the noise.

Dont want to fiddle too much rich, cars only 6mnts old - i think.
And dont know how resonable cvc will be if i start to tinker too much.
keith price fitted the other system so....

CVC are sticklers when it comes to warrentees ... IMHO there always on the lookout for a reason to invalidate it.... Keith Price is gonna get my business from now on. Just ordered the Afterburner Vortex for my MY53 STi, if you can hang on a few days I'll let you know what its like compared with the PPP'd Prodrive box.

CVC - to be fair a friends bought 4 cars off them turbo, RB5 (written off by ponty), p1 sti8 and he blew engine in 2- app they have a spare for the 8, but he sold it back to them a few mnts back and that had a full decat scoobysport system on it.
I never had problems with my scoobsport system - prob just loose warranty on exhaust.

If you would like to compare the Blitz with the other maybe we should all meet up.
