Just thought i would put up a few pictures of the night rally myself and R0b went to last night.
It was the meirionydd rally which started in Porthmadoc and went through Pwllheli, Criccieth, Harlech and Ffestiniog. We had a cracking night and some very spirited driving in between stages (you did well there Rob keeping up mate) oh and a nice little walk at the end through a forestry. Look forward to coming up to the Anglesey rally soon Rob.
I think the best place we watched was on a lane called Lon Coed, just outside Pwllheli where there is a dead straight road for about a mile, with lots of humps and bumps and lined with huge trees. The cars were getting up to around 100mph here and the highlight was a scooby very nearly losing it at about 100mph (quite fitting it was a scooby though), anyway just a few pictures for you, not the best though.
Bit of ****e on the lens thanks to the prvious car
There you go not the best i know, but for the ones who came on the run i organised 6 months ago the last loops used the very narrow lanes past the forestry where all the gates were (the part you all enjoyed) and needless to say we covered that in very fast time this time around
