Order arrived today as promised, thanks for that, however, there doesn't appear to be a sump washer in the pack, is that normal? I would have thought they would be supplied with a new filter as standard?

Hi

Yes and no. It seems that because generally filters fit so many different vehicles, they don't always include the washer as what may be right for some cars is wrong for others. It is pretty random though, I know I've looked in a box for an Impreza filter and there has been a washer. The filter manufacturers say that the washer isn't present, so I'm not sure why it's in some and not others.
