Hi mate, heard your name mentioned as abit of a guru when it comes to oils, i have a 2006 wrx 2.5 with 8k on it, its running close to 400/400 could you please recomend engine oil, diff oil, and coolant, thanks.

Unless oil temps are excessive (130degc +) then go for a good ester based synthetic such as the Silkolene Pro S, Motul 300v and the Gulf Competition Competiton engine oils | Race engine oils
For the diff the Silkolene Syn5 75w-90 Silkolene SILKTRAN SYN 5 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil
Coolant I would go with the Motul Inugel Optimal Coolant

Thats the reason, you have to buy an odd amount, usually more than you need.
More sales for Motul = more proffit.
Same reason castrol do most of their oils in 4ltr, when the average sump size is just over 4ltr forcing you to buy an expensive 1ltr.
